Keybroker’s Delivery Team Managers ensure top quality delivery

The main goal of Keybroker’s Delivery Team Managers is to make our clients successful. This means ensuring top quality in all that we deliver and coaching team members to achieve their very best.

Each Delivery Team Manager is responsible for a team of 3-5 Campaign Analysts. Our Delivery Team Managers have extensive experience in running digital campaigns and work on a day to day basis to spread their expertise across the teams. They work closely with each Campaign Analyst to ensure that the Analysts have all the knowledge and tools they need in order to deliver outstanding results.

A Delivery Team manager is responsible for the goal fulfillment of the team as a whole. An important aspect of supporting the team members in reaching their goals is making sure that Keybroker is a great place to work. A fun and inspiring workplace is key for building a successful team.

From Tove’s perspective:

What’s the biggest challenge in your job?
It’s a fun challenge – to be on top of everything. I need to have a complete understanding of all of the team’s clients and markets in order to develop winning online marketing strategies together with them.

How many clients are you and your team responsible for?
My team works with 20 clients. Among them are IKEA, Amex and PayPal. Our work is all about creating amazing online sales.

How do you motivate your team members?
I focus on two things. The first is helping the Campaign Analysts achieve their goals through individual coaching and making sure that they have the knowledge and tools they need to do a great job. The second is the social aspect where my job is to make sure that everybody is a part of the Keybroker culture. A warm and inspiring workplace is a great way to provide motivation!
