From Michaela’s perspective:
What’s the challenge?
Each customer has different needs and expectations of their marketing campaigns. Usually a client’s main priority is to increase web sales while lowering customer acquisition costs.
It’s important that we get a mutual understanding of the goals for the campaign to effectively target the correct audience and to show the actual results achieved.
How do you handle the challenges?
I think people have become more aware of finding ways to track their marketing investments. Keybroker can easily show how a customer’s investments have turned out and what this has generated for that customer.
We can follow up each campaign and report back the results. In the current economic climate, this is critical for our customers.
What do you feel is most interesting right now?
I think it’s very interesting to follow the constant flow of new developments in the Internet and how we can use them as tools and channels. New media such as Twitter and Facebook quickly grow into a way to find new consumers and often make it easier for us to target specific target groups. We haven’t seen the end of the social advertising; what will come next?
