Keybrokers Policy for Social Responsibility

As a responsible company, we believe that the long-term future of Keybroker is best served by respecting the interests of all our stakeholders: employees, customers, partners and the wider community.

We support our community by helping organisations that we think do good and where we can contribute. Our guiding principle is to sponsor and support organisations and projects that are in line with our Try us culture.

For example, one of the core values in Keybroker’s Try us culture is “All are leaders”. As a company, we want to promote not only the leadership skills and personal development of our own employees, but also young people anywhere in society.

Another of our core values is “Social harmony”. This means not only that we think that is important that our employees find a balance between working and personal life, but also that there is a healthy balance between the corporate world and society. While we also have a core value that says “Results, results, results” we also believe in improving a positive outcome in the community as a whole. Social and environmental responsibility involves everyone.

Currently, Keybroker supports the following organisations:

Mentor
The Mentor Foundation focuses on the prevention of drug misuse in its efforts to promote the health and well-being of children and young people and to reduce damage to their lives. Mentor aims to support the effective use of resources (human, financial and intellectual) to achieve its goals. Mentor’s focus is to “help the helpers”, by identifying the most promising and excellent practices for drug misuse prevention and by disseminating this experience and knowledge internationally.

Transfer
Transfer is all about transferring knowledge between the business community and schools, providing inspiration and insights. This is how it works: Professionals from business, industry and enterprises sign up at the Transfer web site to become lecturers. Transfer contacts its network of schools to organize for the speakers to teach in classes about subjects such as “How to start a company”, “What is marketing about?” or “This is how the Internet works”. All speakers do this voluntarily and alongside their regular jobs. Transfer provides the platform for organizing the knowledge transfers and connecting the members with schools. As a non-profit organization, Transfer is dependant on finance from a large number of sponsors.
